Miami Beach Vow Renewal Private Ceremony
Picture this for your beach-loving romantic vow renewal ceremony of your dreams. You’re on the beach in Miami Beach, your toes are buried in the warm sand, waves are crashing on the shore, and you’re on an island known as one of the most popular beach destinations escapes in the world. And most importantly reaffirm your commitment to each other.
Reverend Bruce, ordained nondenominational Minister in the State
of Florida, will conduct the ceremony and record this wondrous event with dozens of photos. Then we’ll proceed to nearby Nikki Beach Cafe, a beautifully decorated luxury beach club, for a champagne toast, and more photos taken of the celebrated couple.
We always hope for sunny weather for an outdoor ceremony, but do not worry, just in case Mother Nature doesn’t oblige us, we have a covered second location as a backup, so the festivities will continue.
The wedding vow renewal private ceremony package includes the officiant’s articulation fee, Vow Renewal Certificate, with 24 photos is $395.00 Couples' own reading of vows and ring exchanges are encouraged. Bar charges will be paid by the host.
About
Sustainable Miami Beach Foodie Tours was started in September 2019 and its first tours were scheduled for March 2020. Then Covid arrived and changed our worlds. It changed the mission of the young food tour company from thinking only about serving the best foods in Miami Beach, to how fragile life can be. The world changed rapidly last Spring and instead of food and travel, we all concentrated on survival.
The awful tragedy brought death to many families, friends, and loved ones. We became preoccupied with mask-wearing, socially distancing, and sheltering in place. Hundreds of thousands of Americans have died and thankfully a vaccine was produced in record time to stop this surge of death. The numbers are now encouraging as more Americans become vaccinated and the number of new infections has dropped.
Our focus has changed too with no tours to lead and no tourists to welcome, the company put its time into thinking about how we can make Miami Beach a more sustainable city and an even better place to live and visit in the future than it was when Covid arrived.
Its founder, Bruce Scher confesses he hadn’t thought of making Miami Beach a better place to live and visit before Covid arrived, but the tragedy has changed his thinking and he has developed a 4 point plan to help Miami Beach become a sustainable travel tour destination.
Our New Mission
1) To become more eco-friendly, and plastic-free by eliminating plastic trash bags and plastic spoons on tours, and use only edible cutlery and reusable cloth trash bags. A staggering 8 million tons of plastic end up in the ocean every year.
2) To reduce our carbon footprint, SustainableMiamiBeachFoodieTours.com has partnered with www.onetreeplanted.com a non-profit that plants trees all over the world, for its environmentally responsible mission;
1 Tree Planted for Every Tour Given
3) To preserve the beauty of our local beaches, we volunteer in local clean-up efforts to remove seaweed and trash from our shoreline.
4) To help restaurants reduce waste that goes into the trash can be saved or repurposed through composting and growing their own gardens.
Bruce Scher has over 10 years of experience in the food tour industry, having served as President of Walking Tours Manhattan, New York City.
